Position Overview

We are searching for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project activities in our Charlotte office. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and helping manage tasks that keep projects moving efficiently. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities and timelines.

  • Prepare project documents, schedules, checklists, and reports.

  • Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and project follow-ups.

  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, deadlines, and updates.

  • Help resolve basic issues, escalate concerns, and provide general project support.

  • Perform administrative and organizational duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities.

  • Professional, reliable, and attentive to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
