We are searching for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project activities in our Charlotte office. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and helping manage tasks that keep projects moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities and timelines.
Prepare project documents, schedules, checklists, and reports.
Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and project follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, deadlines, and updates.
Help resolve basic issues, escalate concerns, and provide general project support.
Perform administrative and organizational duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
