About the Role:
We have multiple Para Professional openings starting with the new school year! In this role, you will work under the direction of a teacher to support and implement instructional programs tailored to the needs of students with Special Needs and Social Emotional Behavioral (SEB) challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
" Assist the teacher in designing and implementing academic programs based on student needs
" Provide academic support to individual students and small groups
" Help students generalize learned skills and behaviors throughout the day
" Maintain open communication with teachers and parents regarding academic and behavioral progress

What We're Looking For:
" Experience working in a classroom with children with Special Needs or SEB challenges
" Strong communication and teamwork skills
" Passion for supporting student growth and success

Additional Details:
" Full-time during school hours (Sept 2025 - June 2026)
" Excellent hourly compensation, based on experience and education
" Candidates with backgrounds as Teacher's Assistants, Paraprofessionals, Instructional Aides, or similar roles are encouraged to apply
